Koryo Inlaid Celadon Cup and Cover

Korean Koryo Dynasty, 12th - 13th Century.
This is very rare Koryo Dynasty inlaid celadon cylindrical shaped cup and cover (lid) without any damage, and decorated in black and white with an inlay chrysanthemum, geometric square design, double lined on the circular body. It is set on a recessed foot and the lid is also inlaid with 4 chrysanthemum florets in black and white slip under a fine clear bluish-grey celadon glaze. The type of cylindrical cup with lid was used as a medicine container. It is in good condition with some part of its bottom oxidized. It has no chips or repair.
Measurements: 3 7/8” High, 2.5” Diameter.
